I gained 10 kilos after my 1st baby so when I was trying to lose weight I came across this program in 2019 where I was able to lose 11.8 kg & then maintained it for 2 years and then I got pregnant with my 2nd baby where I gained 19 kilos, I lost 19 kilos when my son was 6 months, that time I was exclusively breastfeeding so you can lose weight while breastfeeding too but with your doctor’s consent.

My health reports have improved drastically after this program, I had a very difficult 1st pregnancy as I had no idea about healthy lifestyle, but my 2nd pregnancy was equally exciting as my reports were good and I was gaining happily as I knew the mantra to lose weight.

This program has not only changed me but the lifestyle of my family too, I’m happy to say that I brought the change in my family which will be followed by coming generation, I always wanted to be a change & I’m glad I brought the change.

After I lost weight by eating homemade food in 2019 I realised many women’s out there are in same boat so I decided to take 2nd move by being a mentor, I’m glad to say that now I helped people globally, it’s been more than 4 years now where I have changed nearly 3000 lives. What I like about this program is that it is for everyone - male, female, someone trying to conceive etc.
